With over 25 years’ experience gained from working predominantly in the water and wastewater treatment business. In the past decade, Ben has built up a specialist knowledge of GSM and radio telemetry and control systems, and flow and level data for regulatory purposes.
As the Director responsible for Telemetry development, he has had the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and help drive innovation in the field. Since starting his career as an apprentice, Ben enjoys the challenge of managing large-scale reliable data systems and finding new and creative ways to use data that will help our customers improve their business operations and drive growth. What he loves most is the ability to see the real-world impact of our work. The data we collect and analyse helps our clients make informed decisions and improve their processes, and it's incredibly rewarding to be a part of that.

Each day poses a new challenge as our projects are as varied as our customers and their individual needs. Importantly, for him is to lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, who work on bespoke automation and control projects.
